All Monday afternoon and evening classes are cancelled due to hazardous driving conditions and to give crews time to safely clear roadways and sidewalks. All university operated daycares on campus are closed today. The university’s health care system and hospitals will remain open, as will essential university functions.

Staff should check with their immediate supervisors for more information about their individual units and departments.

Groups who have scheduled events or meetings on campus this evening are encouraged to reschedule.

The University of Utah expects to resume normal operations and class schedules tomorrow, Tuesday, Feb. 4. Staff and students returning to campus tomorrow are encouraged to plan extra time for their commute and to be prepared for wet and possibly slippery walkways.
